PhD student at the University of Freiburg, Neurorobotics Lab.
I am a PhD student at the University of Freiburg, working in the Neurorobotics Lab. My focus is on Reinforcement Learning with applications in robotics. My research explores the intersection of representation learning (successor representations), goal-conditioned RL, and learning from demonstrations (LfD).
I obtained a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Freiburg and a dual-degree B.A./B.E. from Colby and Dartmouth colleges. Prior to my PhD, I worked as a software/ML engineer in a few startups and research labs, including Uptime Solutions, Dynamics & Controls Lab at Thayer School of Engineering, and Psiori.
When I’m not in the simulation, I enjoy exploring the Black Forest on foot or on a bike—it’s the best way to clear my head for the next big research idea.
